situated directly on the Gulf
of Mexico
on a quiet barrier island off the
coast of Largo, Florida. The average temperatures in July range from highs around 90° F [32° C] to lows around 74° F [23° C]. In January highs are around 70° F [21° C], lows around 50° F [10° C]. The house can be easily reached by car from Tampa, St. Petersburg or Clearwater. Tampa International Airport is only 30-40 minutes away.
